Live Account Opening Procedure:
If you think you’re ready to take the next step, one must fill out an ACM application, either online or by hand and mail the application to one of ACM’s global offices. Due to stringent Swiss anti-money laundering regulations, the application must be submitted in its original form with original signatures signed in ink. To expedite the process, a client may send a copy of the application digitally to ACM, but must submit the documents in their original form shortly thereafter.
Once an application is complete, a client will fund their account. Once the funds clear, he/she will be contacted by an ACM representative, asked a series of security questions and given their Swiss login and password. Upon logging into your account the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
Regulation:
ACM is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and audited by Ernst and Young. ACM Dubai is further regulated by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority.
